These are designed exclusively for Splat and are handmade, fully lined and available in either red or pink gingham with a strawberry appliqued on the front. Machine washable - everything has to be when you have children, fabulous quality. Made to order with 3-4 week leadtime so order well in advance for Christmas pressies. Most gingerbread in ready made kits doesn't come up to homemade standard but this one does as it's homemade by our resident Patisserie Chef, Christine, using free-range eggs, butter, brown sugar, golden syrup and lovely spices. There are NO hydrogenated fats, artificial colours, flavours or preservatives. The instructions are easy to follow and the whole family can get involved decorating it and eating it afterwards, just please make sure you follow the royal icing mixing instructions and mix until the icing is in 'stiff peak' or the stable will not stick together properly. The finished kit should keep fresh for 3-4 weeks if wrapped.

EASY to make

Squires Kitchen Belgium milk chocolate coverture, 300g. For best results temper the chocolate as per instructions on the back of the pack, if you are using this for ganache or truffles there is no need to temper it.

Ingredients: sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier: lecithin, flavouring: natural vanilla. Minimum cocoa solids 33.6%, milk solids 20.8%, suitable for vegetarians. Contains soya and milk, may contain traces of nuts
